Women Motorcycle Tours in Asia – By Women, For Women – An incredible experience

The world increasingly recognizes that women love motorcycling just as much as men. But if you’d rather hang out with other women riders on a trip, join our women-only motorcycle tours. And enjoy the world on two wheels in the best company imaginable! We’re a women-led initiative encouraging other female bikers to chase their dreams on their own terms. Committed to providing an individual experience along with great comradeship on the road, we offer some of the most incredible motorcycle rides in the countries we’ll be touring in. Our vision is to promote a thriving community of women riders from all over the world and all levels of experience. We’re inviting women to brave a joint challenge and ride with us for an incredibly liberating experience. We currently organise a women’s only Royal Enfield Nepal Motorcycle Tour which is an ultimate journey into the deep mountains of the Himalayas.

So, if you seek to

  • explore countries and places you wouldn’t do by yourself
  • have fun with a group of adventurous women bikers
  • enjoy the intimacy of a women-only set-up

this is for you.

Fall Tour 2021

In fall 2021—and as part of Classic Bike Adventure’s extensive tour program—we’re introducing women-only motorcycle tours. In the future, we’ll set off to new destinations, riding some compelling and breathtaking routes, including both on-road and off-road riding experiences.

We’re looking forward to welcoming more female riders on our popular all-inclusive motorcycle tours in various parts of the world. Our first adventure takes us from November 07 – 21 2021 to Nepal: on the Road to Mustang Tour we experience dreamlike Himalayan landscapes up close!

Road to Mustang

NEPAL

North of the Annapurna Massif, tucked away between Tibet and Nepal, lies Mustang Valley – a remote, mystical region with wild mountain roads. It offers you the ride of your life: the road to Mustang will get your adrenaline flowing with its rough tracks, dizzying passes and rugged gorges! The former kingdom was closed to outsiders until 1992, but now you can look forward to a Mustang motorcycle tour in Nepal that you’ll never forget.

Tour Overview

About your guide – RC Kerstin

Kerstin grew up in Germany, but spent a large part of her life overseas in places she still calls home. One of them is Nepal where she lived and worked for about 10 years. It was also here where she discovered her passion for motorcycling, touring, and the Himalayas. After quitting her long-term job in the international development aid last year, Kerstin became fascinated by the idea of initiating a female riders’ network along with her career as writer and blogger—a job that now fits into every saddle bag.

What experience do I need to bring along?2020-11-22T10:15:48+00:00

The tour we offer is challenging in parts and requires prior riding experience (road and off-road). How much depends largely on the individual participant’s practice and trust level in her abilities. For more demanding road sections or in case of exhaustion, you will be able to switch to the support van at any time. In that case, our local staff will take over your bike until you’re OK again. If you’re unsure whether your current riding level is suitable or not, just give us a call or send us a quick email. We will be more than happy to advise you personally.

Are the motorbikes suitable for riders of shorter height?2020-11-22T10:15:23+00:00

We exclusively offer Royal Enfields motorcycles on all our tours. These are perfectly suitable for women, even of shorter height. The seats can be adjusted to suit the rider’s needs.

What happens if I get injured or meet with an accident during the tour?2020-11-22T10:14:55+00:00

Depending on the severity of the injury, it’s possible to get first aid treatment through our staff. On all our tours, incl. this one, we run an escort vehicle. Suppose you are unable to continue your trip on your motorcycle due to an injury. In that case, you switch to the support vehicle. If a more severe injury requires transport to a medical facility, we will immediately initiate the evacuation. We have access to an extensive network in the area to organize needed medical assistance timely. It’s essential, though, to have appropriate insurance that includes medical evacuation flights.

Is Nepal a safe travel destination for women?2020-11-22T10:14:26+00:00

Nepal is a top-rated travel destination for women — whether alone or in a group. Apart from petty crime, which we may encounter anywhere globally, Nepal is still regarded as a safe travel destination. Our groups are also accompanied by local staff, ready to help and advice whenever need be.

What is the difference between the women’s tour and others that we offer?2020-11-22T10:13:33+00:00

The main difference is actually the group composition. We would like to attract women motorcyclists who prefer to travel in a homogenous group or feel unsure about traveling in mixed groups. We place great emphasis on being supportive and cooperating with each other and make sure that all female riders “get through.”

Why did we choose Nepal for the first motorcycle tour?2020-11-22T10:12:55+00:00

Nepal is one of the most popular destinations for our motorcycle tours. It’s not only about the beautiful scenery and the technical riding highlights this trip has to offer. Above all, it’s the fascinating little Himalayan kingdom that welcomes its visitors with such great hospitality in a charming way. Due to our many years of local knowledge and extremely positive motorcycling experiences, Nepal is the perfect starting point for our first women’s tour.
